If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and continuous unboxing video is required for such claims. The video should show the package before opening, the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the product/issue.

Providing a video does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each case will be reviewed and verified by our team.
