Your data, handled the way we'd want ours handled.

We collect only what we need to get your order to your door and keep you updated about it — nothing more. We never sell your personal data to anyone, and we don't store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay, our payment partner, handles that part securely.

We collect information in three ways:

• What you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and, if you contact support, whatever you tell us in that conversation.
• What's created when you order — order history, products purchased, order value, payment status (success/failed/ refunded) and delivery tracking details.
• What's collected automatically — basic device and browser information, pages viewed and how you interact with the Site, mainly through cookies (see Section 5).

We use your information to:

• Process, pack, ship and track your orders
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates and support replies
• Handle returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims
• Prevent fraud and keep our checkout secure
• Improve the Site, and occasionally, with your consent, tell you about offers and new drops

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us directly for the same over WhatsApp/email.

All payments on this Site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a Reserve Bank of India-regulated, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. When you pay, your card/UPI/net-banking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection — ROY Mobile never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

We only receive a payment status (successful, failed or refunded) and a transaction reference number, which we use to confirm your order and resolve any payment issues you raise with us.

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart, and understand which pages and products are popular so we can improve the shopping experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site — like checkout — may not work properly without them.

We share only what's necessary, with parties who help us run the business:

• Razorpay, to process your payment securely
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order and share tracking updates
• Service providers we use to host the Site, send emails/SMS, or provide customer support tools
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if we're legally required to

We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

The Site uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic, and access to customer data internally is limited to team members who genuinely need it to do their job (fulfilling orders, handling support). No system is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to keep your information safe.

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (e.g. invoices)
• Opt out of marketing communications

We keep order and payment records for as long as required under Indian tax and consumer-protection law, and account information for as long as your account stays active, or until you ask us to delete it.

The Site isn't directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, we'll let registered customers know directly.
